NDIS participants in Sydney who want to:
Enter the workforce for the first time or return after a break
Increase hours or change roles safely and sustainably
Build workplace skills (communication, teamwork, task planning, self-advocacy)
Transition from SLES/higher education into employment
How we help
Discovery & goal setting: interests, strengths, support needs, job targets
Job prep: resume/portfolio, interview practice, online profiles (SEEK/LinkedIn), referees
Employer linkages: introductions, work trials, reasonable adjustment suggestions
On-the-job coaching: task breakdowns, prompts, communication scripts, pacing/fatigue plans
Travel training: route planning, Opal card use, safety and confidence on public transport
Work routines: rosters, alarms, medication/mealtime planning, problem-solving
Collaboration: with Support Coordinators, therapists, DES/SLES providers (with consent)

Sessions at home, in the community, online, or at your workplace (by agreement)
