What this service is for

  • Safe help with morning/evening routines

  • Showering, grooming, dressing and continence support

  • Mealtime assistance and hydration (incl. texture mods as per your plan)

  • Medication prompts/administration as authorised

  • Mobility & transfers (hoist/slide sheet) with trained staff

  • Getting ready for appointments, work, study, or community

Who it’s for

NDIS participants in Sydney who want practical, respectful support with everyday personal tasks—at home, in shared living, or while out and about. We accommodate cultural practices, language needs, and gender-preferred workers where possible.

How we help

  • Person-centred plan with your routines, preferences, and goals

  • Active assistance or gentle prompting—your choice, at your pace

  • Safety first: manual handling, infection control, mealtime management

  • Skill-building (e.g., sequencing tasks, using aids, energy conservation)

  • Team collaboration (with your consent) with therapists/family/SCs

  • Typical start: 3–7 days after onboarding and worker match (subject to availability)

  • Can I choose a worker of the same gender?
    Yes—tell us your preference and we’ll prioritise it in matching.

  • Do you provide hoist and complex transfers?
    Yes—by trained staff following your manual-handling plan.

  • Can you help with medication?
    We provide prompts and/or administration as authorised in your plan and in line with policy.

  • Will I have the same worker each visit?
    We aim for consistency; a trained backup steps in if needed.

  • Can supports happen in the community (e.g., pool or gym)?
    Yes—personal care can be provided safely in community settings where appropriate.
