Who it’s for
NDIS participants in Sydney who want structured support to connect, participate and belong—including people who feel anxious in new settings, are new to the area, or are ready to expand routines beyond home and therapy.
How we help
Discovery & goal setting: interests, sensory needs, access requirements
Co-designed plans: you choose activities; we organise venues, times, supports
1:1 or small groups: gentle introductions, peer meet-ups, mentoring
Skill building: conversation, planning, money handling, event etiquette, safety
Access & logistics: travel training, companion support, tickets/registration
Community linkages: libraries, councils, clubs, TAFE short courses, volunteering
What you get
A simple Participation Plan with steps and dates
A matched support worker/mentor (consistent roster + backup)
Regular check-ins and progress notes you can share with your team
Opportunities to make friends, try new activities, and build weekly routines
Funding & Availability
Delivered under NDIS supports such as Capacity Building – Increased Social & Community Participation and/or Core – Assistance with Social & Community Participation (depending on goals and plan)
We accept Plan-Managed and Self-Managed funding (ask about NDIA-Managed)
Pricing follows the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits
