Build confidence at work through travel training, on-the-job support, routines, and workplace communication. We can liaise with employers (with your consent).
Assist – Life Stage, Transition
Support for new chapters: leaving school, moving home, starting TAFE or work. We help with goal setting, service linking, daily routines, and settling.
Assist – Personal Activities
Respectful, dignified support with personal care, morning/evening routines, mealtime assistance, hygiene, medication prompts, and getting ready for the day.
Assist – Travel/Transport
Safe transport to appointments, study, work, community events, and social activities. We also offer public-transport/rideshare training for greater independence.
Daily Tasks / Shared Living
AT Access4all Disability Care, we support to live well at home—meal preparation, cleaning shared spaces, laundry, budgeting, shopping, and positive shared-living routines.
Innovative Community Participation
Try new activities, build friendships, volunteer, and explore hobbies that grow confidence and independence for all abilities.
Development – Life Skills
Practical skill-building: cooking, household management, money handling, digital literacy, personal safety, time management, and community navigation.
Household Tasks
Tidying, cleaning, dishwashing, linen changes, ironing, basic garden tidy-ups—done to your preferences and schedules for your daily life.
Participate Community
Join local events, classes, sports, libraries, parks, and cultural activities. We plan accessible outings that match your interests.
Group / Centre-Based Activities
Small, supportive groups for social connection and skills practice—arts & craft, cooking clubs, study support, fitness, and community excursions.
