What this service is for

  • Want predictable transport to regular activities (TAFE, work, therapies, groups)

Funding & Availability

  • Travel-related charges (km, tolls, parking, non-labour travel) are explained upfront in your Service Agreement

  • Service area: Sydney metro & surrounds • Typical start: 3–7 days after onboarding

    We use suitable vehicles and can arrange WAV/taxi where needed (subject to availability).

    Where applicable, they’re charged per NDIS rules and listed clearly in your agreement.

  • Can you teach me public transport?
    Yes—step-by-step travel training until you feel confident.

  • Can a family member come too?
    Usually, yes—tell us in advance so we can plan seating and safety.
