Who it’s for

NDIS participants in Sydney who want structured help to meet people, try new things, and feel comfortable participating—especially if crowds, new places, or planning are hard.

How we help

  • Discovery & planning: interests, access needs, budgets, and preferred times

  • 1:1 or small-group support: gentle introductions, buddy support, gradual exposure

  • Logistics: registrations/tickets, accessibility checks, venue communication

  • Skills coaching: conversation, money handling, boundaries, problem-solving

  • Travel: door-to-door support or public transport training

  • Linkages: libraries, councils, clubs, courses, volunteering programs

What you get

  • A simple Community Participation Plan with activities, dates, and supports

  • A matched support worker (consistent roster + trained backup)

  • Progress notes and regular check-ins so we can adjust what’s working

  • Opportunities to build friendships, confidence, and routine

Funding & Availability

  • Delivered under Core – Assistance with Social & Community Participation (and may pair with Capacity Building items depending on goals)

  • We accept Plan-Managed and Self-Managed funding (ask about NDIA-Managed)

  • Pricing aligns with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits

  • Service area: Sydney metro & surrounds • Typical start: 3–7 days after onboarding

Note: Activity fees (e.g., tickets, classes, meals) are usually not funded by NDIS and are paid by the participant.
